Relentless road demons, EXHUMED, will add to their expanding agenda of  live takeovers with a string of Japanese tour dates alongside death metal pioneers CANNIBAL CORPSE!  The shows kick off on October 15th in Tokyo and will serve as a warm up to the band’s recently announced five-week North American Tour with Napalm Death and Municipal Waste with additional support from Vektor, Dayglo Abortions,Attitude Adjustment, Speedwolf, Martha Splatterhead’s Revenge, Repulsion and Dwarves on select dates.

Notes frontman Matt Harvey: ”We are totally psyched to head back to the land of the rising sun! Japan has always been one of our favorite places to play –  the kids are amazing, the food is great, and the giant robots are just a delight! To go there with our friends in Cannibal is even cooler, and we are pumped to make sure this will be a death metal spectacle of epic proportions. It’s been quite a while since we’ve been there so it will rule to trot out some new tunes in between sake bombs and bar hopping in Roppongi.”

Additionally, the band plan to enter the studio at the end of the year to begin recording their sixth full-length and follow-up to All Guts, No Glory. All Guts, is still streaming in its entirety HERE. And if you missed it, check out “The Way Of Flesh” from the deluxe version of the record courtesy of GunShyAssassin at THIS LOCATION.

About the Author

Paul Ferritto [Fritz]
First off, Fritz isn't my real name. It's a nickname I've had for so long, that I forget sometimes that my real name is Paul. So for all intents and purposes all you fine people can call me Fritz.

Anyway I'm one of the co-founders of Axis Of Metal, which I created out of a love for all things heavy. Admittedly my first foray into music wasn't so heavy. At twelve i developed a love for grunge music, which then lead to a love of classic rock, and punk. Then as I consumed almost every piece of music in said genres I needed something with a bit more intensity, and something more extreme. One day I was walking through the halls in my high school, and i heard music blasting out of someone's headphones, and it was exactly what I was looking for. So after I found out that it was Slayer's "Disciple" I went home that day, and listened to every song Slayer had ever released, and that's how it all started.

So that's my story, so why not go out and listen to me blabber on, on the podcast or go and read what the Axis Of Metal's writing team has to say. Axis of Metal is created by metal heads, for metal heads.
